Martina joined Grove Securities Pty Ltd (Perth) in June of 2023, having arrived in Australia a few months beforehand.

Martina started off as a Portfolio Administrator but transitioned to the role of Adviser Assistant in 2025, holding two bachelor degrees (one in International Relations and another in Political Science). Martina is now pursuing a Professional Certificate in Applied Corporate Finance.
